Paleo AIP Chocolatey Fudge Fat Bombs- coconut free!

These chocolatey fudge fat bombs are the perfect AIP snack!
They're easy to whip up with just a few ingredients and can be enjoyed straight out of the freezer like fudge or as a soft cookie-dough-like treat at room temp.
Oh- and they're vegan, keto and coconut free!

For the "Chocolate Fudge" fat bombs you will need:
2T Mashed ripe avocado
2T Avocado oil
3T Carob Powder
Mix all together.
Form bite-sized balls or press into a mold.
Freeze for a few hours and enjoy right out of the freezer or let thaw 5-10 minutes.
(Can also be eaten at room temperature as a cookie-dough-like treat)
Makes 6 pieces. You might want to double or triple the recipe 😉
Additions that would be delightful!
Wild vanilla powder (Gives an intense real vanilla flavor, so much better than extract!!)
